When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the fields you fill in — name, company, contact (email or WhatsApp), grade, thickness, width, length, tonnage and your message. We also log the IP address of form submissions, used only to apply the rate limit that keeps the form from being spammed. If you contact us by WhatsApp or WeChat instead, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's or WeChat's own privacy terms, not this one.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if an order proceeds, to arrange the shipment. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to fulfil an order you have placed (such as a freight forwarder or bank) or where required by law.
Cookies
A functional cookie remembers your language choice (English or Chinese). If analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Baidu Tongji are enabled, they set additional cookies to measure aggregate site usage — no personally identifying enquiry data is sent to them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our own business records of contracts and correspondence.
